ASSIGNMENT AND CONVEYANCE OF
OVERRIDING ROYALTY INTERESTS AND MINERAL INTERESTS
JOHN deG LAMONTAGNE ("Assignor") of 24642 Sunrise Court, Dana Point,
California, does assign, convey and transfer to the JOHN AND JOAN LAMONTAGNE
DECLARATION OF TRUST, dated September 15, 1997 ("Assignee"), all of his interests, right
and title to any and all royalty and/or overriding royalty interests and mineral interests he owns
in Lincoln County, Wyoming, including but not limited to the interests as more fully set forth in
Exhibit "A," attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference though it is the intention of
Assignor to assign to Assignee all property owned by assignor in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, whether or not described within the attached Exhibit A.
This assignment is made without warranty of any sort or kind.
None of the interests above stated are subject to the homestead exemption or other
exemption.
