Utah, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, receipt whereofis hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS and WARRANTS,
only against acts of itself and none other or against all claiming by, through or under it, to ROSS S.
