Comes now in accordance with Statues W.S. 34-12-102 and
W.S. 34-12-103, we the undersigned, Randall J Mantua and
Janet E. Mantua, Trustees for the Mantua Family Revocable
Living Trust U/D/T dated March 19, 1994, whose address is
P.O. Box 1, Bodega Bay, California 94923, being duly sworn
on oath according to law do hereby make the following
statement of facts and affirm:
That we are the Trustees for owners and proprietors of real
property shown hereon and referred to in the Deed recorded
in Book 502PR, on Page 522 with the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the SEl/4SEl/4 of Section
21, T32N, Rl19W, of the 6th. P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
That the Subdivision from this property is with our free
consent and desires.
That the name of the subdivision shall be Mantua Meadows,
the Metes and Bounds being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Paul N. Scherbel RLS 164, 1979 location
for the Northeast Corner of the NE1/4 of Section 28 of said
I T32N1 Rl19W; thence S89°12'58"W, along the North line of
said NE1/4, 1,316.75 feet to the Paul N. Scherbel RLS 164,
1979 location for the Southeast Corner of the SWl/4SE1/4 of
said Section 21; thence NOOl1'02"E, along the East line of
said SWl/4SE1/4, 330.80 feet to the Southwest corner of the
Andrea Mantua Dupret property, as referred to in the Deed
recorded in Book 618, on Page 405, with said Office; thence
89°12'59"E, along the South line of said Andrea Mantua
Dupret property, and the South line of the Joseph Mantua
property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 618,
on Page 407, with said Office, 1317.35 feet to a Point in
the West line of the SWl/4SWl/4 of Section 22, of said
T32N, R119W; thence S0017'16"W, along said West line,
330.80 feet, to the Point of Beginning, consisting of two
Subdivision Lots encompassing 10.00± Acres of Land.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: Mantua Meadows Lane, as
referred to in the Deeds recorded in Book 618PR, on Page
405, and in Book 618PR, on Page 407, with said Office.

SUBJECT TO: That portion of a 100 feet wide Right-of-Way
Easement, along the West line of the above described
Subdivision, for Wyoming State Highway 238.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions,
Restrictions, Reservations, Rights-of-Way and Improvements
of sight and or record.
That Mantua Meadows Lane and Utilities Right-of-Way
Easements, as shown hereon, for Ingress, Egress, and
Utilities, is and shall be granted to the owners, successors
and assigns of all Lots created, and the remaining Mantua
property, as referred to in said Deed recorded in Book
502PR, on Page 522, with said Office.
That all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead
Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming are hereby released.
