EASEMENT
Rodwell Ranch, LLC (Grantor) for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
grants and conveys to Cameron Properties Limited Partnership of P.O. Box 3649,
Wilmington, North Carolina 28406 and LOTT Partnership II of P.O. Box 38, Candler, North
Carolina 28715 (Grantees), the following described perpetual right-of-way easement for the
following purpose and under the following conditions:
(1) Purpose of Easement. This easement is for the purpose of providing a
perpetual right-of-way easement sixty feet in width for a private access for ingress and egress to
the property described in paragraph 3, including the right to construct and maintain a roadway to
provide that ingress and egress. This agreement provides for conveyance of a private easement
only and the easement will not grant any rights of travel over the grantor's lands to any
governmental agency or to the general public in any manner whatsoever. The easement may not
be used for access to any lands other than the hind described in paragraph 3.
(2) Conditions of Easement. The conditions of this easement are:
(a) The access proyided by this easement is a private right-of-way for the use
of Grantees and Grantor only and is not for the use of the general public.
(b) It is a common easement for the benefit of the Grantor's lands and the Grantees'
lands described in paragraph 3.
(c) Any construction by Grantees must be approved by Grantor prior to
beginning construction.
(3) Property Benefited by Easement. This easement is for the benefit
of and shall attach to, run with and be appurtenant to the following described real property of the
Grantee:

(4) Description of Easement: A strip of land sixty feet in width being in the
NEl/4SWl/4 and NWl/4 SEl/4 of SECTION 6 T23N, Rl15W 6th P.M. Lincoln Co., WY, the
centerline of which is described as follows:
Beginning, at a point in the centerline of an existing road on the North line of said
NEl/4SWl/4, said point being located S55°15W 4062 feet from NE corner of Section 6
T23N, Rl15W;
thence from said point of beginning 11 courses along the centerline of said existing
road S34°30W 105 feet, SOl°00E 200 feet. S15°30E 100 feet, S65°30E 440 feet, S84°45E 290
feet, S75°15E 500 feet, S69°15E 720 feet. S88°45E 595 feet to a point in East line of NWl/4
SEl/4 Section 6 T23N, R115W;
thence from said point SlOoOOE 30 feet, S55°45W 160 feet, S07°30W 200 feet the
terminal point of this easement, said point being in the Southern line of NWl/4 SEl/4 Section 6
T23N Rl15W and said point being N48°30W 2060 feet from SE corner of Section 6 T23N
Rl15W.
(5) Consideration. The consideration set forth aboye constitutes full and final
Payment for the easement and right of way granted.
(6) Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be
binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors in interest and assigns of the parties
named in this instrument.

(7) Waiver of Homestead Rights. The Grantor hereby waives and releases all
rights to the described easement under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State
of Wyoming to the extent that such rights may interfere with the purpose of this easement.
(8) In the event of any conflict between the survey description and what is
presently located on the ground, then what is located on the ground shall control.
