S 80 East, 696 feet from the ~ corner between Sections 14 and 15 in T33N R1l8W of
the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and running thence N 900 W, 320 feet; thence
N 000' E, 200 feet; thence N 9000' E, 440 feet; thence meandering southwesterly along
the west right of way of Turnerville-Grover Park County Road back to point 1, the place
of beginning. Containing 1.75 acres, more or less. Including water rights and
improvements, including a 1/3 undivided interest in water pipeline on the premises.
SUBJECT, however, to all r:eservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
