Said curve to the right having a central angleof3°38'27", a radius of2424.51 feet and a chord of 154.04 feet which bears N 37° 49' 41"E. Said standard highway R.O.W. monument being stamped "PT-31+532.967, 61.000RT" with other appropriate markings; Thence N 39° 44'07"E, 42.75 feet to apoint where is found a standard highway R.O.W. marker stamped "31+546.000, JOG, 61.000 RT" with other appropriate markings; Thence N 50° 21' 49"W, 80.44 feet to a point where is found a standard highway R.O. W. marker stamped "31 +546.000, JOG, 36.500 RT" with other appropriate markings; Thence N 39° 38' 18"E, 259.51 feet to the point of tangent to spiral ofa spiral curve to the left. Said point being monumented by a standard highway right of way marker stamped "TS-31 +625.094,36.500 RT" with other appropriate markings; Thence 338.00 feet along the spiral arc of said curve to the left to the point of spiral to curve. Said spiral portion of said curve having a central angle of 4° 46'26" and a chord of 337.90 feet which bears N 38° 02' 38"E. Said point being monumented by a standard highway R.O.W. marker stamped "SC-31 +725.094. 36.500 RT" with other appropriate markings; Thence continuing 36.60 feet along the arc of the central curve to said spiral curve to the left to the intersection of the west boundary line of said Tract 73 and said east right of way of boundary of U.S. Highway 189. Said intersection point being monumented by a standard highway R.O.W. marker stamped "R.O.W. POC/TL, 31+735.608, 36.500 RT" with other appropriate markings. Said central curve having a radius of2088.23 feet, a central angle of 1 ° 00' 16"and a chord of 36.60 feet which bears N 34° 14' 30"E . Thence continuing 693.21 feet along the arc of said central curve to said spiral curve to the left to the intersection of the center line of said Aspen Springs Road and said east right of way of boundary of U.S. Highway 189. Said centra] curve having a radius of2088.23 feet, a centra]ang]e of ]9° 01' 12"and a chord of690.03 feet which bears N 24° 21' ]3"E. Thence S 88° 26' 45"E along the centerline of Aspen Springs Road 139.93 feet to the PC ofa curve to the left; Thence 203.35 feet along the arc of said curve to the left to the PT of said curve.
