of Section 1, T32N, Rl19W, of the 6~ P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the North line of the NEl/4 of
Section 12, of said T32N Rl19W, said Point of Beginning
648.53 feet N89°48154"E, along said North line, from the
Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 1995 location for the Northwest
Corner of said NEl/4;
thence S89°48'54"W, along said'North line, 265.25 feet;
thence NOoll'06"W, perpendicular to said North line, 245.57
