KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Monty A. Evans and Sherry J. Evans, Trustees
of the Evans Family Revocable Trust dated ~pril 9, 1993, do hereby certify that mortgage
bearing the date of March 24, 2005 made and executed by Carlton E. Loewer, Cathy A.
Loewer, Robert A. Griffith and Linda G. Griffith, as mortgagors to Monty A. Evans and
Sherry J. Evans Trustees of the Evans Family R5Vocab!e Trost dated April 9, 1993 as mortgagee
conveying certain real estate therein meI}tioried as security for the payment of $415,000.00 as
therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio
Register of Deeds of Lincoln County St~te of Wyoming, on March 25, 2005 in Book S81PR
on page 442 mortgaging the following described real 'estate in said County, to wit:
That pan of Section 24, T35N R119W of the 6th P,M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
described on ExJúbit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel labeled "Dirk Izatt and Lee
Izatt, Glen Nilson and Raea.nn Nijson, !latt-Nilson Tract" dated February 13, 2006.
Being the same land contained in instrument recorded March 14, 2006 in Book 614, Page
338 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
It being expressly understood and agreed that this release shall not affect the said
mOrtgage of the security thereof, in any manner Or form whatsoever, as to the remainder of the
rea] estate mortgaged therein and thereby,
