Warranty Deed
We, LADEE N. ALLRED and MARY ANN ALLRED, husband and wife as joint tenants
with rights of survivorship, GRANTORS, of Washington County, State of Utah, for and
in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($lO.OO) and other good and valuable consideration,
in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to:
LADEE N. ALLRED and MARY ANN ALLRED, trustees, or successor
trustee(s) of the ALLRED FAMIL.Y TRUST dated April 5, 2006
GRANTEE, whose address is 1225 N. Dixie Downs Rd. #143, St. George, Utah 84770,
all their right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate, situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 32 of the Salt River Heights Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming
as described on the official plat thereof.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging Or in anywise appertaining and all
improvements thereon.
SUBJECT to all easements, reservations, covenants, exceptions and
restrictions presently of record in the office of the County Clerk for
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
