Successor Trustee dated October 14, 2003, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk
on October 20, 2003, in Book 539 PR, page 040, Recording No. 894574, of PO Box 197, Gilbert,
AZ 85299, grantor,for the consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
valuable considerations, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Stephen Ray Kennington. a single
man, grantee. of PO Box 137, Afton, WY 83110, all interest in the following described real estate,
situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
That part of the NE1/4SW1/4 and that part of the S1/2NW1/4SW1/4 of Section 14,
T31N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 539 PR, page 40, more particularly
described on the attached "Description for L. D. Kennington and Lamoine
Kennington Revocable Trust, dated 3 August 1988, Tract A.

signed and sealed on behalf of said trust; that said trustee had the authority under the terms of the
written trust instrument to execute the instrument on behalf of the trust; and said trustee
acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said trust.
