WARRANTY DEED
WAN WOLFLEY and SUSAN WOLFLEY, husband and wife, grantors of
County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other valuable consideration,in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to CUSTOM CONSTRUCTION,INC., a
. Wyoming Corporation, RONALD ONKES, President, grantee of County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, the following described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to,..wit:
Lot Number Two (2) of Block Number Four (4) in the
Bedford, Wyoming Townsite as the same is platted
and of record in the Records of the County of Lincoln
in the State of Wyoming, the same being located
in the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty-nine (29)
Township Thirty-four (34) North of Range 118 West
of the 6th P.M.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all reseNations,
