For ten dollars ($10.00), and other valuable consideration, cash in hand paid, The Pittsburg &
Midway Coal Mining Co., a Missouri corporation and Chevron U.S.A. Inc., a Pennsylvania
corporation, both having offices at 116 Inverness Drive East, Suite 207, Englewood, CO 80112
("Grantors"), convey and quitclaim unto Komsan Troy Wooden, having an address of 128
Clearview Dr., Rock Springs, WY 82901 ("Grantee"), all minerals in the following described real
estate, lying in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,:
FN-8, as shown on survey map 261-A on record with the Lincoln County Clerk as Receiving
No.916795 and more particularly described as follows:
A parcel ofland being part of Tract 76 and Lots 13, 14, 15and 16 of Section 2 of the resurvey ofT21 N, R116 W of
the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and being more particularly described as follows: .
Commencing at comer number 4 of Tract 74 of the resurvey of said
T 21 N, Rl16 W where is found a standard U.S.G.L.O. brass cap; thence
N 00 06' 21" W, 345.00 feet to a point where is found a 2" aluminum cap
on 5/8" diameter rebar stamped "CCI, PELS 5465, FN-9, TR 75, L 15,
2005."
Thence S 89041' 05" W, 1320.75 feet to the Point of Beginning of
this description. Said point of beginning being a point on the westerly
boundary line of Tract 75 of said resurvey ofT21 N, Rl16 Wand bearing
N 00 08' 26" W, 1651.09 feet trom comer Number 2 of said
Tract 76 and being S 00 08' 26" E, 2303.71 feet trom comer
number 4 of Tract 77. Said point of beginning being monumented
by a 2" aluminum cap on 5/8" diameter rebar stamped "CCI, PELS 5465,
FN- 8, FN-9, TR 75, 2005.

Thence N 20 08'03" W, 1481.43 feet to a point on the southerly
right of way boundary of Wyoming State Highway 233. Said point
being the PC ofa curve to the right on said Highway 233 right of way
boundary and being monumented by a 2" aluminum cap on 5/8" diameter
rebar stamped "CCI, PELS 5465, PC, HWY ROW, L T, 2005."

Thence 604.22 feet along the arc of said curve to the right and said
southerly right of way boundary to a point on the curve. The central
angle of said curve to the right being 80 44' 18", the radius being 3961.80
feet and having a chord of 603.63 feet which bears N 600 50' 37" W.
Said point being monumented with a 2" aluminum cap on 5/8" diameter
rebar stamped "CCI, PELS 5465, FN-7/FN-8, ROW, L T, 2005."

Thence S 11002' 14" W, 1959.72 feet to a point on the northerly right
of way boundary of Lincoln County Road 12-234 (Kemmerer Airport Road)
where is found a 2" aluminum cap on 5/8" diameter rebar stamped "CCI,
PELS 5465, FN 7, FN 8, LC 234, ROW, 2005."

said Kemmerer Airport Road. '

Thence S 610 41' 00" E, 136.98 feet to the PT of a curve to the left where is
found a 2" aluminum cap on 5/8" diameter rebar stamped "CCI,
PELS 5465, PT, LC 234, ROW, 2005."
Thence southeasterly 347.48 feet along the arc of said curve to the
left to the PC of said curve where is found a 2" aluminum cap on
5/8" diameter rebar stamped "CCI, PELS 5465, PC, LC 234, ROW, 2005."
Said curve to the left having a central angle of 11000' 00" and a radius
of 1809.90 feet. '
Thence S 720 41' 00" E, 542.98 feet to a point at the intersection of said
northerly right of way of the Kemmerer Airport Road and the westerly
boundary line of said Tract 75 where is found a 2" aluminum cap on
5/8" diameter rebar stamped "CCI, PELS 5465, FN-8/FN-1O, LC 234, ROW,
2005."
Thence N 00 08' 26" W, 510.13 feet along said westerly boundary of
Tract 75 to the point of beginning.
Said parcel contains 35.238 acres more or less.
