MINERAL DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT, WHEREAS, by Quitclaim Deed dated August 10, 1981, filed for record in
Lincoln County, Wyoming in Book 179, Page 543, on August 13, 1981, NELLA JO
RASMUSSEN, a married woman, Grantor, conveyed all her interest in the following
described lands unto NELLA JO RASMUSSEN, OWEN HOWARD RASMUSSEN,
SUSAN KAY BAKER, and KRISTINE ANN SWISHER, Grantees, as joint tenants and
not as tenants in common with full rights of survivorship.
THAT WHEREAS, OWEN HOWARD RASMUSSEN died September 15, 1998, a
resident and inhabitant of Salt Lake County, Utah, and his interest has now vested in the
remaining joint tenants, NELLA JO RASMUSSEN, SUSAN KAY BAKER, and
KRISTINE ANN SWISHER.
NOW, THEREFORE, for the sum ofTen Dollars ($10.00) cash in hand paid, and other
good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, NELLA
JO RASMUSSEN, a widow, 1504 West Cornerstone Drive, South Jordan, Utah 84095,
SUSANKA Y BAKER, a married woman, 8177 Maio Drive, Sandy, Utah 84093, and
KRISTINE ANN SWISHER, a married woman, 2565 West Van Ross Dr. South Jordan,
UT 84095, Grantors, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, transfer, assign and deliver
unto
NELLA JO RASMUSSEN, OR HER SUCCESSORS, AS TRUSTEE OF
THE NELLA JO RASMUSSEN FAMILY LIVING TRUST DATED OCTOBER 19,
1998, of 1504 West Cornerstone Drive, South Jordan, Utah 84095, Grantee,
