For ten dollars ($10.00), and other valuable consideration, cash in hand paid, The
Pittsburg & Midway Coal Mining Co., a Missouri corporation, 116 Inverness Drive East, Suite
207, Englewood, CO 80112, ("Grantor"), hereby conveys to Kenneth G. Spears and Joan A.
Spears, husband and wife, as joint tenants, an undivided 50% interest in the surface only of the
following described real estate, together with all improvements located thereon, and to Larry J.
Siddall and Denise E. Siddall, husband and wife, as joint tenants, an undivided 50% interest in
the surface only of the following described real estate, together with all improvements located
thereon, lying in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, (collectively Kenneth G. Spears,
Joan A. Spears, Larry J. Siddall and Denise E. Siddall are referred to as "Grantees"):
FN-3, as shown on survey map 261-A on record with the Lincoln County Clerk as Receiving
No.916795 and more particularly described as follows:
A parcel ofland being part of Tract 76 and part of Lots 6 and 7 of Section 2 ofthe resurvey ofT 21N, Rl16W and
being part of Lot No.37 and Lots 8, 27 and 28 of Section 350fthe resurvey ofT 22N, R116 Wall of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming and being more particularly described a follows:
Commencing at the northwest comer of Section 2 of the resurvey of T 21 N, R 116 W, where is found a standard
