Know all men by these presents: that CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the
date of May 21, 2004 made and executed by John R. Thomas as mortgagor( s), to CHASE MANHA TI AN MORTGAGE
CORPORA nON as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$226,800.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of
Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, in the Volume/Book 557( Page 142 Document 899737 mortgaging the
following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
LOT 32 RIVER VIEW MEADOWS ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF ALPINE WITHIN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 30,
T37N, R118W, ACCORDING TO THAT PLAT FILED mL Y 2, 1993 AS INSTRUMENT NO, 767416.
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged; and in
consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby
conveyed and mortgaged.
