WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this 18th day of April, 2006, by and between RUSSELL
HELT and ANA JANE HELT, husband and wife, of the Borough of Millersburg, County of
Dauphin and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, GRANTORS, and CAROLE J. PATTON, ofthe
Borough of Millers burg, County of Dauphin and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, GRANTEE.
WITNESSETH: That the GRANTORS, for and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00)
in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell,
CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said GRANTEE, all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel
of land situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to wit:
Lot thirty-six (36) in STAR VALLEY RANCH plat twenty-one (21) as platted
and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
