RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Robert L. McFarland and Cecilia G.
McFarland, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of March 24, 2006 made and
executed by Joseph Belloff, as mortgagor to Robert L. McFarland and Cecilia G. McFarland
as mortgagees conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$174,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk
and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on March 30, 2006 in
Book 615PR on page 629 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
All lands described in said mortgage.
