AMENDMENT OF
NOTE AND MORTGAGE
TillS AMENDMENT is made by and between, YELLOWSTONE FARMS, LLC, JOE
BELLOFF and LARRY REINHART, hereinafter referred to as "BORROWER", and ROBERT L.
MCFARLAND and CECELIA G. MCFARLAND, hereinafter referred to as "NOTEHOLDER".
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Borrower did make, execute and deliver to the Noteholder a Note secured by that
certain Mortgage in the amount of$250,000.00, recorded as Instrument No. 917113, Book 615 at page 621,
records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and

WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend some of the terms and/or provisions of the Note and/or
Mortgage, and

THEREFORE, in and for good and valuable considerations, the parties agree the terms and
conditions of the Note and Mortgage above described shall be and are hereby amended and modified as
follows:

1. The first installment of principal and interest of$17 ,090.00 shall be payable
on September 30, 2006, with all subsequent installments of $17,090.00 being due and
payable on March 31 st and September 30th of each and every year thereafter until the entire
indebtedness shall be paid in full. .If not sooner paid, the unpaid principal and accrued
interest shall be due and payable in full on March 31, 2016.
All terms and conditions of the Note and Mortgage shall remain the same and unchanged except as
amended and/or modified herein.
