EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:
That I, the undersigned, KAREN A. GRIIVŒS , a single woman. ("Grantor"). for a good and
valuable consideration, the receipt Qf which is hereby, acknowledged. do hereby grant, convey
and warrant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Coopenltive Corporation. of Afton and Jackson.

Wyoming, and to its successors and assigns, ("Gmntees"), a perpetual easement and right of way
for the installation. construction and continued maintenance. repair, technological upgrades or
changes. alteration and replacement of natural gas transmission and distribution pipelines and
related equipment and facilities, and the electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the
Grantee to be constructed and maintained over. under, through. and across the premises of
Grantor in LINCOLN County. State of WYOMING, a,}ong a Ùne described as follows. to wit:
BEING a part of Lot 3 of the Royal Meadows Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point being the SW corner.of said Lot 3¡ thence easement begins and
bears N 55 degrees E, 242 feet¡ thence S 85 degrees E, 15 feet.
EASEMENT to Include 7.5 feet on each side of described line.
Together with' all necessary and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill
ditches and trenches for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim. spray herbicidee.
or remove trees, shrubbery. undergrowlh or olher obstructions interfering with the repair and
maintenance of the facilities or the easement. The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and
Magnetic, Fields (EMF) are naturally occurring in the transmission or distribution of electricity,
and that the Grantee has here notified Grantor.that EMF testing and infonnation is available UpO:l
request from the Grantee. This Easement by Grantor is intended to include so much space as is
necessary or appropriate to the presence of EMF and reasonable operation of the Grantee's
transmission or distribution lines. The undersigned agrees that all pipelines, equipment. wires.
and related facilities installed on the described lands at grantee's expense shall remain property of
and be removable by the grantee in its sole discretion. We hereby release an aive I rights
