That LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a Nevada Corporation does hereby certify that the certain
mortgage bearing date 19TH day of June, 20 04 . , made and executed by
Thomas W. Barcklay and Sheila L.Barcklay AS MORTGAGORS to LEISURE
VALLEY, INC., a Nevada Corporation, as MORTGAGEE conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $ 9,500.00 Dollars therein stated, which mortgage
was recorded on the 20th day of August, 2004, in Book 565PR Page 460 Number
902149 of the Official Records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, and mortgaging the
