ACCEPTANCE OF TRUSTEESHIP
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, ARTENCIA H. LARSON established the Artencia H. Larson Family Living
Trust on June 1, 1982 (the Trust), and ARTENCIA H. LARSON was the Trustee of the same; and
WHEREAS, the Trust was amended by First Amendment to Declaration of Trust dated
January 30,1995, by Second Amendment to Declaration of Trust dated May 29, 1997, and by Third
Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust on April 12, 2001; and
WHEREAS, ARTENCIA H. LARSON, also known as ARTENCIA HENDRICKS
LARSON, passed away on April 8, 2006, and a copy of her Death Certificate is attached and
incorporated by reference; and

WHEREAS, paragraph 1 of the Third Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust appoints
TESS HUMPHERYS as Trustee ofthe Trust; and
WHEREAS, TESS HUMPHERYS is willing to accept the Trusteeship and act as Trustee of
the Trust;
IT IS AGREED that:
1. TESS HUMPHERYS hereby accepts the appointment as Trustee of the Artencia H.
Larson Family Living Trust dated June 1, 1982; as amended, on aU the terms, provisions and
conditions specified in the Trust, and by signing this Acceptance commences acting as Trustee.
2. This Acceptance of Trustees hip is recorded so that the Trustee is authorized to convey
title of those certain mineral lease rights and mineral property interest and aU royalties, revenues and
proceeds from the same more particularly described as follows:
