Loan Participant Partners, Ltd., a Texas Limited Partnership, Successor Mortgagee
under the below described, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of
May 11, 1987, made and executed by Stella L. Lawson, as an individual, as Mortgagor,
to First Wyoming Bank, N.A. - Kemmerer, as Original Mortgagee, conveying certain real
estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of (One Hundred Three Thousand
