QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that FRANCES D, KING, a single person, of
P.O. Box 292, Town of Diamondville, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, Grantor, for and in
consideration ofthe sum often dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to JOHN W. KING, a
married man as his sole property, ofP .0. Box 475, Town ofDiamondville, County of Lincoln, State
of Wyoming, Grantee, all interest presently owned or hereafter acquired in and to the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
The southeast quarterofthe southeast quarter of Section Numbered One in Township
20 North, Range 116 West of the 6th P.M.; subject however, to reservations and
exceptions of record, if any.
AND
Commencing at the South one-quarter corner of Section One (1), T20N, RlI6W, 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming; thence N89°42'15"E, 16.0 feetto a 3/4" steel rod;
thence N89°42'15"E, 668.15 feet to a rebat with aluminum cap being the true point
of beginning; thence N89° 42'15"E, 633.65 feet to a point; thence N03 °06'OO"W,
1322.50 feet to a point; thence West 464.50 feet to a point; thence South 350.70 feet
to a point; thence West 150.64 feet to a point; thence S03°06'OO"E, 973.41 feet to the
point of beginning. '
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements and rights-of-way
of record or in use.
