KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, thatFRANCES D. KING, a single person, ofP .0. Box
292, Town ofDiamondville, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, Grantor, for and in consideration of the
sum of ten dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby

acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to JOHN W. KJNG and KRISTEN KING, husband and
wife, as tenants by the entireties, of P.O. Box 475, r.!.,own of Diamondville, County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, Grantee, all interest presently owned or hereafter acquired in and to the following described real
estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:

Parcell: North Y2 of Parcel 10. A Parcel ofland situate within the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section
23 of Township 21 North, Range 116 West, of the 6th Principal Meridian, Lincoln County,
Wyoming and lying within the Corporate Boundary of the Town of Diamondville, and
described as "Exhibit A", Sùrvey Map by Rosendahl and Associates as "N Y2 PARCEL 10
and LANDS HELDBýLORENZO GROUTAGE", with coverletter dated "Aug. 1, 1982",
and shown on the Plat thereof filed and ¡;ecorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk
and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds, TOGETHER with all improvements and appurtenances
appertaining anywise thereto; and .
SUBJECT to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and rights-of-way of
record in sight or use.

Parcel 2: Parcel lying North of Parcel 1 O. A parcel ofland situate within the SE 1/4 SE 1/4
of Section 23 of Township 21 North, Range 116 West ofthe 6th Principal Meridian, Lincoln
County, Wyoming and lying within the Corporate Boundary of the Town ofDiamondville,
being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: beginning at the NE comer of Parcel
10 of the Town of Diamondville as shown on the plat thereof filed and recorded in the
Office of Lincoln County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds and more particularly
described as thence N05"57'W, 85.00 feet, thence S84"03'W, 150.00 feet, thence S05'57'E,
85.00 feet to a point being the NW Comer of said Parcel 10, thence N84"03'E, 150.00 feet
along the North Boundary of said Parcell 0 to the point of beginning and containing 12,750
sq. ft. more or less, TOGETHER with all improvements and appurtenances appertaining
anywise thereto; and
SUBJECT to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and rights-of-way of
record in sight or use.
