RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE (BY CORPORATION)
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Jackson State Bank & Trust, a
corporation, of the County of Teton, and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage
bearing date the 8th day of January, 2004, made and executed by Alpine Properties II LLC, A Wyoming
Limited Liability Company, as mortgagor, to The Jackson State Bank & Trust, as Mortgagee, conveying
certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of$97,500.00 as therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on the 12th day of January, 2004, in Book 545 of Mortgages, at page 843-849,
and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"

and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor
the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
