releasing and waiving all rights under and by vir~e of the homestead exemption laws of the state

A portion of Section 12, T33N R1l9W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING N 37°35' W, 2490 feet from the S ~ Corner of said Section 12 to Point 8 and
running thence N 4 °30' E, 125 feet to Point 9;
thence N 89°30" E, 400 to Point 10;
thence S 00°30' E, 165 to Point 12;
thence S 85°30' W, 99.1 to Point 13;
thence N 46°20' W, 60.7 to Point 11;
thence S 89°30' W, 260 feet to Point 8 the point of beginning.

Grantor conveys any interest they may have in the following described land:
A portion of Section 12, T33N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the
intent to more c()rrectly describe the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded April 4, 1973
in Book 104PR on page 110 of the reocrsds of the Lincoln County Clerk being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING N 36°40' W, 2840 feet from the S ~ Corner of said Section 12 and running thence
N 89°30' E, 400.0 feet;
thence S 0°30' E, 165.0 feet;
thence S 85°30' W, 89.1 feet;
thence N 46°20' W, 69.7 feet;
thence S 89°30' W, 260.0 feet;
thence N 4°30' E, 125.0 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
125 feet of frontage situated east from the Silver Stream Lodge and extending East and West
from Highway right-of-way.
SUBJECT TO the mortgage in favor of Linda R. McMurdo recorded December 15, 2003 in
Book 543PR on page 847 of the records of Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements
and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
NOTE: This serves to correct the legal description on that certain Warranty Deed recorded
September 7, 2005 in Book 596PR on page 858 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
