For ten dollars ($10.00), and other valuable consideration, cash in hand paid, The
Pitts burg & Midway Coal Mining Co., a Missouri corporation and Chevron U.S.A. Inc., a
Pennsylvania corporation, both having offices at 116 Inverness Drive East, Suite 207,
Englewood, CO 80 112 ("Grantors"), convey and quitclaim unto Harville Dale Barnes and
Corey John Ashliman, as tenants in common, having an address of P.O. Box 416,
Diamondville, WY 83116 ("Grantees"), all minerals in the following described real estate,
lying in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,:
FN-14, as shown on survey map 261-A on record with the Lincoln County Clerk as Receiving
No.916795 and more particularly described as follows:
A parcel ofland being that part of Tract 73 of the resurvey ofT 21N, R 116W, of the 6th P.M. Lincoln County,
Wyoming east of the east right of way boundary of U.S. Highway 189 and north of the centerline of Lincoln County
Road 12-319 (Aspen Springs Road) and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at corner No.4 of Tract 73 of the resurvey ofT 21N, R 116W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming where is found a standard U.S. G.L.O. brass cap:
Thence S 890 32' 27"E, 1322.31 feet to corner No. I of said Tract 73
where is found a standard U.S.G.L.O. brass cap;

Thence 45.69 feet along the arc of said curve to the right to the PC of said
curve to the right. Said curve to the right having a central angle

Thence 203.35 feet along the arc of said curve to the right to the PC of

curve to the left on the east right of way boundary line of U.S. Highway 189.
The following twelve (12) courses being along said easterly right of way of
U.S. Highway 189.
Thence 771.83 feet along the central arc of said spiral curve to the left to
the point of curve to spiral where is found a standard Wyoming Department
of Transportation 6" x 6" concrete right of way monument (herein after
referred to as a standard highway R.O.W. marker). Said R.O.W. marker being stamped "CS-30+724.323,
36.500 RT" with other appropriate markings. The central arc of said spiral curve having a radius of
2088.23 feet, a central angle of21 °10'37" and a chord of767.44 feet which bears N 4°15'46"E;
Thence along the arc of the spiral portion of said spiral curve to the left to
the point of spiral to tangent where is found a standard highway R.O.W.
marker stamped "ST-30+824.323, 36.500 RT" with other appropriate markings. Said spiral portion of said
curve having a central angle of 4°46'29"and a chord of337.91 feet which bears N9°28'36"W.
Thence N 11 °07' 44"W, 306.55 feet to a jog in said highway right of way
boundary to a point where is found a standard highway R.O. W. marker
stamped "32+350.000, JOG, 36.500 RT," with other appropriate markings;
Thence N 78°53 '33"E along said jog in said highway R.O. W., 70.21 feet
to a point where us found a standard highway R.O.W. marker stamped
"32+350.000, JOG, 57.900 RT" with other appropriate markings;
Thence N 11 °06'31 "W, 344.48 feet to a point where is found a standard
highway R.O.W. marker stamped "32+455.000, JOG, 57.900 RT" with
other appropriate markings;
Thence S78°54'09"W, 70.18' to a point where is found a standard
highway R.O.W. marker stamped "32+455.000, JOG, 36,500 RT" with
other appropriate m~rkings;
Thence N 11 °06'31"W, 501.96 feet to a point where is found a standard
highway R.O.W. marker stamped "32+608.000, JOG, 36.500, RT" with
other appropriate markings;
Thence N 78°53 '05"E, 16.41 feet to a point where is found a standard
highway R.O.W. marker stamped "32+608.000, JOG, 41.500 RT" with
other appropriate markings;
Thence N 11 °06'32"W, 203.41 feet to a point where is found a standard
highway R.O.W. marker stamped "32+670.000, JOG, 41.500 RT" with
other appropriate markings;
Thence S 78°52'58"W, 16.40 feet to a point where is found a standard
highway R.O.W. marker stamped "32+670.000, JOG, 36.500 RT" with
other appropriate markings;
Thence N 11°06'47"W, 37.18 feet to a point where is found a standard
highway R.O. W. marker stamped "ROW POCICL SEC; 32+681.322,
36.500 RT" with other appropriate markings;
Thence N 11 °06'26"W, 87.19 feet to a point on the intersection of said
east right of way boundary of said U.S. Highway 189 and the west
boundary line of said Tract 73. Said point being monumented by a
standard highway R.O.W. marker stamped "ROW POTITL, 32+707.897,
36.500 RT" with other appropriate markings;
Thence N 0°26' 57"E, 84.16 feet along said westerly boundary line
