A CORRECTED WARRANTY DEED
D.C. Krautter aka Don C. Krautter and Jean M. Krautter, Trustees
of the Krautter Family Trust dated August 26, 1996, GRANTORS, of
Alpine, Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten and
No/IOO Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable considerations, in hand
paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY and WARRANT to
RAYMOND C. HANCK and ALICIA H. HANCK, GRANTEES, husband and wife,
tenants in common, of Alpine, Wyoming whose mailing address is:
Post Office Box 3911, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, the following described
real estate, located in the W~ N~\ of Section 15, T36N, Rl19W, in
Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption la,qs of the State,

reservations, easements and rights-of-way of sight or record,
including without limitation that certain Amended Longview
Ranch Declaration of Covenants-Conditions-Restrictions dated

County Clerk on March 11, 2005, in Book 580 PR, page 550,
Recording No. 906998, the provisions of which are incorporated

D.C. Krautter aka Don C. Krautter and Jean M. Krautter, to me
personally known, who, being by me duly sworn and put upon their oath,
did say that they are the trustees of the Krautter Family Trust dated
August 26, 1996, described in and which executed the foregoing Warranty
Deed¡ that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said
trust¡ that said trustees had the authority under the terms of the
written trust instrument to execute the instrument on behalf of the
trust¡ and said trustees acknowledged said instrument to be the free
act and deed of said trust.
