KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Monty A. Evans and Sherry J. Evans, Trustees
of the Evans Family Revocable Trust dated April 9, 1993, do hereby certify that mortgage
bearing the date of March 24, 2005 made and executed by Carlton E. Loewer, Cathy A.
Loewer, Robert A. Griffith and Linda G. Griffith, as mortgagor$ to Monty A. Evans and
Sherry J. Evans Trustees of the Evans Family Revocable Trust dated April 9, 1993 as mortgagee
conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $415,000.00 as
therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio
Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on March 25, 2005 in Book 581PR
on page 442 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit: ~

Lot 1 of the Elk RIdge Ranches at Henry's Mountain Subdivision, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on March 29, 2006 as Instrument No.
917085 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
It being exprf?ssly understood and agreed that this release shall not affect the said
mortgage of the security thereof, in any manner or fonn whatsoever, as to the remainder of the
real estate mortgaged therein and thereby. .
