QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That William D. Spaulding and Donna J.
Spaulding, husband and wife, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of the trust
created herein and for the other covenants contained herein convey and quitclaim unto William D.
Spaulding and Donna J. Spaulding and their successors, Trustees, for the uses and purposes
set forth in the Bill and Donna Spaulding Family Trust between Grantors and Trustees, dated the
1 st day of May, 2006, William D. Spaulding and Donna J. Spaulding, beneficiaries, of PO Box 943,
Afton, WY 83110, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they
have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State
of Wyoming, to-wit:
Residence at 175 Braves Circle. Afton. Lincoln County. Wyominq:
Lot 10 of Wild Flower Estates, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the official
plat No. 198-B filed September 26, 2003, as Instrument No. 893865 of the records of
the Lincoln County Clerk.

A portion of the N1/2NE1/4NE1/4 (also known as the N1/2 of Lot 1) of Section 4,
T32N, R119W, 6th P.M., near Auburn, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of said Section 4 and said Lot 1 and running
thence West along the North line of said Section 4, 902.20 feet; thence South 661.73
feet to the South line of said N112 of Lot 1; thence running N89°48'57"E, along last
said South line, 896.59 feet to the Southeast corner of said N1/2; thence Noo29'19"E,
along the East line of said Section 4, 658.87 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing
13.633 acres of land.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming.
