KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Dick R. Luthi and Reba S. Luthi, does hereby
certify that mortgage bearing the date of May 15, 2006 made and executed by AT-I, Inc., as
mortgagors to Dick R. Luthi and Reba S. Luthi as mortgagees conveying certain real estate
therein mentioned as security for the payment of $361,434.00 as therein stated, which mortgage
was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on May 18, 2006 in Book 620PR on page 563 mortgaging the
