RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certifY that a certain mortgage bearing the date of July 2, 2004,
executed by Evan J. Simpson and Beverly A. Simpson Or Their Successors, As Trustees of the
Simpson Family Trust Dated the 26th Day of March 1997 As Amended, a mortgage conveying a
lien on certain real estate therein described as s ~curity for the payment of $328,000.00 which
mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 3rd of August, 2004, in Book 563 of Mortgages, at
Page 755 as document number 901603 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said
County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforeme:ltioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
