Beginning at the point of intersection of the eastright-of--
way line of U. S. Highway 89 and the south line, of the SEt of
said Section 19, N89°44.7'E, 246.37 feet from the south one-
quarter corner of said Section 19, found as described in the
Certified Land Corner Recordation Certificate filed in the said
Office; where south boundary line of easement commences, thence

the said SE-L to the southeast 'corner of the swt of the SEt,
