Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and rights-of-way of record or in use. Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon. And further subject to a restriction on resale of the above-described real property, prohibiting transfer from Grantee(s) to a person or entity other than Gran~ee's family member, or a trust or company owned or controlled by Grantee(s). Such restriction on resale shall automatically terminate on the earlier of: (a) August 22,2007; or (b) the date on which the Grantor has conveyed to a third party or third parties eighty percent (80%) of the residential lots located within the Alpine Meadows Subdivision (collectively, the "Hold Period"). This resale restriction shall not apply if a completed residence has been constructed such that a certificate of occupancy has been granted for the residential improvement by Lincoln County, Wyoming on the above described property prior to the expiration of the Hold Period.
