Know all men by these presents, that Trout Unlimited Property Management
Company, LLC, a Utah Limited Liability Company, does hereby certify that a
certain mortgage bearing the date of April 24, 2006, made and executed by
Walker Land & Livestock Company, an Idaho Limited Liability Company, as
mortgagor, to Trout Unlimited Property Management Company, LLC, a Utah
Limited Liability Company, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $35,134.07, as therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register
of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming, on April 25, 2006, at Book.§1L Page ~1.
mortgaging the following described real estate in said County and State, to-wit:
