QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that JEFF CLARK, a married
man, grantor of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, has hereby remised, released and forever quit claimed
unto JEFF CLARK and SHANT A Y M. CLARK, husband and wife, tenants by the
entireties, their heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest, property,
possession, claim and demand, as he may have or ought to have, in or to all the
following' described property, to-wit:
Lot 74 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 5, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described
on the official plat thereof.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
