KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, Thai Nelson Jack Hemmert, does hereby certify that
mortgage bearïJ1g the date of November 20, ~OOO made and executed by Howard ,V, Woods
and Gretchen L, Woods, as mortgagors to Jack C. Hale and Nelson Jack hemmert as
mortgagees conveying certain real estate thrrein mentioned as security for the payment of
