Mary Isabell Cassity of 2388 Highway 241, Afton, WY 83110, upon her oath deposes and
says:
1. That NEIL W. CASSITY aka Neil William Cassity, the decedent mentioned in the
attached copy of Certificate of Death, is the same person as NEIL W. CASSITY named as one of
the grantees in that certain Assignment of Sellers' Interest Under Real Estate Sales Agreement
and Quitclaim Deed dated the 11th day of June, 2000 (lithe Quitclaim Deed"), executed by Victor L.
Cassity, a single person, Neil W. Cassity and Mary Isabell Cassity, husband and wife, and Erwin J.
Merritt, a single person, Assignor, and recorded August 4, 2000, as Instrument No. 867336 in Book
449 PR, page 565, of the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, covering the following
described real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:
Part of Section 25, T32N, R119W of the 6th P.M" Lincoln County, Wyoming,
more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at a point which is 491 feet East and 354 feet South from the
Northwest Corner of the NE1/4SE1/4 of Section 25, at a point on the West
edge of Lincoln Street, in Afton Townsite sUNey, and running thence West 8
rods; thence South 4 rods; thence East 8 rods; thence North 4 rods to the
point of beginning, adjacent to the West edge of said Lincoln Street.
SUBJECT TO all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reseNations and rights
of way of sight or record,
2, - That the undersigned affiant is the same identical person as Mary Isabell Cassity
named as one of the grantees in the above-described Quitclaim Deed, that she and NEIL W.
CASSITY were husband and wife at the time of the execution and recording of the Quitclaim Deed
described above, and that as the sUNiving cotenant and spouse of NEIL W. CASSITY, named in
said conveyance, the undersigned, Mary Isabell Cassity, became on May 8, 2004, the date of the

W. CASSITY, in the lands described in the foregoing, subject to any then existing liens and
encumbrances.
