AFFIDAVIT OF SURVIVORSHIP
THE STATE OF WYOMING

Barbara Aimone, being first duly sworn upon her oath, deposes
and states as follows:
1. On the 16th day of October, 2005, my husband, Joseph M.
Aimone, died, as is evidenced by the official certificate of death
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
2. At the time of his death my husband jointly owned certain
real property with me, said real property being located in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly
described as follows:

Lot (12) of Block Eight (8) Lincoln Heights 4th
Subdivision to the Town of Kemmerer
All subject to and reserving to Grantor, nevertheless,
all mines, minerals, metals, ores, coal, iron, oil and
gas in and under said lands and all mining and
extralateral rights, together with the right to Grantor,
its successors, and assigns, to enter beneath the surface
of sðid lands and extract any and all minerals, metals,
ores, coal, iron, oil and gas therein, as to all of the
above described premises.
~__Also bein~subj§ct to all rights_of way, easements and
reservations of record, and also being subject to the
Protective and Restrictive Covenants of Lincoln Heights
4th Subdivision to the Town of Kemmerer, heretofore filed
in the office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, in Book 140 PR of Photostatic Records, at Page
149.

3. Said real property was originally conveyed to Joseph M.
Aimone and Barbara Aimone, husband and wife, by Warranty Deed dated
June 29, 1981, and recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County
Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds on June 29 1981, in Book PR
of Photostatic Records at Page 149.
4. By reason of my husband's death, I am entitled to sole
ownership of the above-mentioned
