WARRANTY DEED
JOEL NEUENSCHWANDER., grantor of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and
in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to SALT RIVER MOTORS, L.L.C., A Wyoming
Limited Liability Company, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described real
estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Property located within the Town of Afton, Wyoming, known as Salt River
Motor, Inc. more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point which is the Northwest Comer of Lot Two (2) of Block
Twenty (20) in the Afton Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming; running thence
South 78Y:z feet more or less to the North Wall of the business known as Village
Furniture, thence East 10 rods, thence North 78Y:z feet more or less to the
North line of the said Lot Two (2), thence West 10 rods to the point of
beginning, with improvements and water rights. Subject to that certain
easement and right-of-way heretofore given to the Town of Afton.
ALSO: Beginning at a point 10 rods West of the Northeast comer of Lot Two
(2), Block Twenty (20), Afton, Wyoming, Townsite and running thence South
128.2 feet, thence East 82.5 feet, thence North 66.3 feet, thence West 40 feet,
thence North 61.9 feet, thence West 42.5 feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to existing easements and right-of-ways heretofore given to the Town
of Afton.
Subject to any easements, rights-of-way, mining or mineral reservations, of
sight or of record, legally acquired. Together with all water rights, mineral
rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
