Mary Isabell Cassity, a single person, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantor, for and
in consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00), and other valuable considerations, in
hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS and WARRANTS to Bill R.
Brewer and Gina Brewer, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, grantees, of PO Box
392, Afton, WY 83110, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to-wit:
Part of Section 25, T32N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point which is 491 feet East and 354 feet South from the
Northwest Corner of the NE1/4SE1/4 of Section 25, at a point on the West edge of
Lincoln Street, in Afton Townsite survey, and running thence West 8 rods; thence
South 4 rods; thence East 8 rods; thence North 4 rods to the point of beginning,
7 ¿ adjacent to the West edge of said Lincoln Street.
