Grantor's, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other Good
and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Robert C. Combs and Nancy J. Combs
Husband and Wife
Grantees, whose mailing address is 506 Moose Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101,
the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State to-wit:
The westerly 43 feet of the Lots Numbered One (1), Two (2) and Three (3) of the Block
Numbered Three (3) in the Original Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as
surveyed, platted and recorded and more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the Southwesterly Corner of the said Lot 1 of the said Block 3, and
running thence Northerly along Sage Avenue a distance of 140 feet, thence Easterly at
right angles a distance of 43 feet, thence Southerly at right angles a distance of 140 feet,
thence Westerly along Sapphire Street, a distance of 43 feet to the point of beginning
LESS and EXCEPT the Westerly 43 feet of Lot 1 and the Westerly 43 feet of the South
27 feet of Lot 2 of Block 3 of the Original Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record,
of sight or in use.
