QUITCLAIM DEED
THE TOWN OF AFTON, a Wyoming Municipal Corporation, grantor of the
County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Bradley D. Morehouse, grantee, of
the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, whose address is
, and its successors, heirs and assigns forever, all of grantor's interest in and to
the following described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws ofthe State, to-wit:

That part of the NWY.t of Section 6, T31N Rl18W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the
intent to more correctly describe that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County in Book 603 of Photostatic Records on page 201, as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest point of said tract, on the easterly right-of-way line of u.s.
Highway 89, S12°-18'-15"E, 168.15 feet from the northwest comer ofthe SW~NW~;
thence S89°-59' -05"E, 420.44 feet, along the north line of said tract, to a rebar;
thence S22°-47'-11"W, 795.58 feet, to a bathey;
thence S89°-48' -OO"W, 110.98 feet, to a point on said easterly right-of-way line;
thence NOoo-06'-27"W, 138.58 feet, along said easterly right-of-way line, to a marker for
Station PT 563+75 50' Lt. at the beginning of a circular curve to the left;
thence northwesterly, 150.72 feet, along the arc of said curve through a central angle of
00°-45'-01" with a radius of 11,509.16 feet, and a chord bearing NOoo-24'-23"W, 150.72
feet, to a marker for Station PC 562+25.00 50' Lt.;
thence NOOO-OO' -02"W, 444.69 feet, along said right-of-way, to the POINT OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 4.48 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of the NWY.t of Section 6, T31N
R118W, being NOoo-05'-00"E;
each "comer" found as described in the Comer Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFT ON WY PLS 5368", with appropriate
details;
each "rebar" marked by a 5/8" x 24" reinforcing rod with an aluminum cap inscribed, "ILC
274";
each "bathey" marked by a steel T -shaped stake 24" long with a metal cap inscribed,
"SURVEY POINT DO NOT DISTURB RLS 641";
each "marker" marked by a 6" x 6" concrete post with brass cap inscribed: "STATE
HIGHWAY DEPT. REFERENCE MARKER", with appropriate details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled, "PLAT OF BOUNDARY SURVEY FOR MOUNTAIN INN MOTEL
