C 0 t?lj4)~':a Affidavit of Survivorship I, Pamela Ann Pawlowski, being of lawful age and duly sworn according to law, upon my oath, depose and state: That under the date of January 24, 1998, for valuable consideration, Pamela Ann Pawlowski, by deed of that date, which deed was duly filed of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, on September 25, 2000, in Book 452 of Photostatic Records on Page 652, conveyed to Ronald Dremmel and Pamela Ann Pawlowski, husband and wife as joint tenants, the fOllowing described property to-wit: Unit A: A portion of Lot Seven (7) of Block Ten (10) and the northerly 6.20 feet of Lot Six (6) of Block Ten (10), both of the Lincoln Heights 4th Subdivision to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows: ~~.,;.",..,. ~ Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said LOÌ¡;+;- Btçrck~'fcr;,Jñßr)G.e South along the East boundary of Lot 7, Block 10, a ~ishiÌ1~êê'g(7!Ùjp feet ¡ to the point of beginning of Unit A; thence West:;: aloe9 th~,\Southerry .'. boundary of Unit B, a distance of 130.0 feet; thence $outþ along theWesf''''. boundary of Lot 7, Block 1 0, a distance of 27.0 féektô, the'Soutñwe'št , ..-. Corner of Lot 7, Block 10; thence continuing South along the West boundary of said Lot 6, Block 10, a distance of 6.20 feet; thence East along the Southerly boundary of Unit A a distance of 130.0 feet; thence North along the East boundary of Lot 6, Block 10, a distance of 6.20 feet to the Southeast Corner of Lot 7, Block 10; thence continuing North along the East boundary of Lot 7, Block 10, a distance of 27.0 feet to the point of beginning of said Unit A, together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto That by reason of said conveyance aforesaid, the said Ronald Dremmel and Pamela Ann Pawlowski, husband and wife as joint tenants, became the owners of said real property, and title thereto vested in them continuously from the date of said conveyance to the date of death of Ronald Dremmel, also known as Ronald Louis ...... t. Dremmel, on the 6th day of August, 2004. That by reason of and upon the death of Ronald Dremmel, title to the above described real property vested absolutely in Pamela Ann Pawlowski. Affiant avers and certifies that Ronald Dremmel, also known as Ronald Louis Dremmel, is the identical party named with Pamela Ann Pawlowski in the aforementioned deed, whose death terminated his interest, title and estate in said real property; and Affiant attaches hereto and makes a part of this affidavit, a copy of the Official Certificate of Death of said decedent, duly certified by the public authority in which said death certificate is a matter of record.
