COURT OFFICER'S DEED
WHEREAS, the Third Judicial District Court of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, has heretofore and on the 25th day of May, 2006, duly entered
an Order authorizil1g and directing PATRICIA WELLS NOBLE, as
PerscnalRepresentátive of the Estate ÒÍ JAMES K. NOBLE, deceased, to
execute and deliver a deed as to certain real estate, as hereinafter described,
upon the performance of certain conditions by Grantee; and;
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent set forth and referred to in said
Order of Court have now been fully complied with by Grantee;
NOW, PATRICIA WELLS NOBLE, as Personal Representative of
the Estate of JAMES K. NOBLE, Deceased, Grantor, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration in
hand paid, the receipt whereof being hereby acknowledged, does, by these
presents, grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto:
Kenneth Noble, an undivided 1/3 interest
Gerald Noble, an undivided 1/3 interest
Larry Noble, an undivided 1/3 interest
all of said estate's right, title and interest in and to the following described
real estate to-wit:

Parcel A: The North half of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter (N1/2SEl/4NE1/4) of Section 10 and the North half of the
Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter (N1/2SW1/4NW1/4) of
Section 11, T33N, Rl18W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.

to easements and rights of way of record or in use.
