The undersigned, MICHELLE D. STEUBER, of legal age, being first duly sworn, depose and say:
1. On April 7, 1997, BERNARD W. STEUBER and LORETTA M. STEUBER, as Trustors, and
BERNARD W. STEUBER and LORETTA M. STEUBER as Trustees executed a Declaration of Trust entitled the
BERNARD W.STEUBER AND LORETTA M. STEUBER FAMILY TRUST dated April 7, 1997.
2. Pursuant to ARTICLE FOURTEENTH of said trust, if the Trustees fail or cease to act,
BERNARD W. STEUBER, II and MICHELLE D. STEUBER shall serve as the successor Co-Trustees.
3. BERNARD W. STEUBER died on February 12, 1999. A certified copy of his death certificate is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference. LORETTA M. STEUBER died on October I, 1999. A
certified copy of her death certificate is attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
4. The decedents named in the attached certified copies of Certificates of Death are the same
persons as BERNARD W. STEUBER and LORETTA M. STEUBER named as the initial Trustees of the
BERNARD W. STEUBER AND LORETTA M. STEUBER FAMILY TRUST dated April 7, 1997 and are the same
persons as the parties in that certain Trust Transfer Deed dated April 7, 1997, executed by BERNARD W.
STEUBER and LORETTA M. STEUBER to BERNARD W. STEUBER and LORETTA M. STEUBER, as Trustees
recorded as Instrument No. 868865, Book 453, Page 702 rn October 10, 2000, in Official Records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, covering the real property situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming and
described as follows:
Lots 6 & 7 of Forest Meadows subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming

5. This Affidavit-Death of Trustees is recorded to establish that the successor Co-Trustees of the
BERNARD W. STEUBER AND LORETTA M. STEUBER FAMILY TRUST dated April 7,1997 are BERNARD
W. STEUBER, II and MICHELLE D. STEUBER by reason of the provision of said trust.
I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the foregoing is true and
correct.
