QUITCLAIM DEED
Timothy J Bommer, a married man, hereinafter "GRANTOR", of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
CONVEYS and QUITCLAIMS and by these presents does remise, release and forever
quitclaim unto David C. Hansen, a single man, hereinafter "GRANTEE", whose address
is P.O. Box 328, 410 Bar Y Rd Jackson Wyoming 83001, all such right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand as Grantor has or ought to have, in or to the
following described real property, located in Lincoln County~ Wyoming, to-wit:

including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
appurtenances and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, but subject to
taxes, réservations, covenants, conditions, restrictions, rights-of-way and easements of
sight and record, if any.
Vicki K. Rohan, Grantor's wife, joins in the execution of this deed solely for the

purpose of waiving arid releasing any and all rights under the homestead exemption
laws of Wyoming.
This Deed is made for the purpose of partially dividing the assets of Hobo
Ventures, a joint venture.

A portion of the Sjj2SWjj4 of Section 27, T36N, R:1.1.9W, of the 6th. P.M., Uncoln
County Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an Iron Pipe set at a point in the Center Une of RoberbrWolfley
County Road 12-109, said point being 175.49 feet N40'07'39"W from the B.L.M.
type monument found marking the CSSWjj64th corner of said Section 27; thence
Northeasterly along said Center Une the following; along a 1128.89 feet radius
curve to the Right (chord bears N10'58'09E 303.41 feet) through a central angle of
15'26'46" an arc distance of 304.33 feet to a Spike found marking PT
Sta.102+:1.7.86 N:1.8'4:1.'33"E :1.24.:1.9 feet to a spike found marking PC Sta.
103+42.16 and along a 613.03 feet radius curve to the left (chord bears
N14'34'13"E 88.13 feet) through a central angle of 8'14'39" an arc distance of
88.21 feet to a Spike found marking the Northwest corner of the Original Property;
