Quitclaim Deed
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Cleone Dixon, of the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00)
and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby
confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed
and by these presents does for her heirs, executors and administrators, remis,
release and forever quitclaim unto Cleone Dixon and Terry W. Dixon, as joint
tenants with full rights of survivorship, whose address is PO Box 27,
LaBarge, WY 83123, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and
demand, as she may have or ought to have, in and to the following described
premises to-wit;
Lots 3, 4 and 5 of Block 7 to the Town of LaBarge, formerly Tulsa,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by;' virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
In witness whereof, she has hereunto set her signature this 22nd day of
March, 2006.
