particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 1945.10 ft. N 89°
42'16" Wand 980.87 ft. North from the Southeast comer of said Section 4
and running thence North 343.2 ft. to a point in the north line of said
SWl/4SEl/4; thence S 89° 54'07" E, along said North line, 330.0 ft; thence
south 343.2 ft; thence N 89° 54'07" W, 330.0 ft. to the point of beginning.
