RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Von D. Allred, Trustee of the Von D.
Allred Revocable Trust dated December 2, 1986, of Afton, County of Lincoln, and State of
Wyoming, as mortgagee, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of March 19,
1992, made and executed by C. Mark Allred and Darlene A. Allred, husband and wife, as
mortgagors, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$27,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and
Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on April 29, 1992, in Book 309
P.R., Page 479, Recording Number 747478, and mortgaging the following described real estate in
said County, to-wit:
All lands described in said mortgage.
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged; and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said mortgagors, C, Mark Allred and Darlene A Allred, husband and wife, the premises
thereby conveyed and mortgaged.

said trustee had the authority under the terms of the written trust instrument to execute the
instrument on behalf of the trust; and said trustee acknowledged said instrument to be the free act
and deed of said trust
